Job Summary

Lead the Reheat Blow Mold (RHB) department by troubleshooting mechanical and process issues, managing mold changes and downstream setup, and executing preventative maintenance. Analyze daily production performance against efficiency goals, train technicians, and coordinate with maintenance, tooling, and department leaders on parts readiness and ISO/Food Safety (GMP) compliance. Drive continuous improvement projects and root-cause analysis using equipment and process diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership for RHB mechanical and processing troubleshooting across the department.
•Execute mold changes/changeovers, downstream setup, and preventive equipment maintenance.
•Implement modifications and improvements; coordinate with department management/corporate engineering on scheduling new projects.
•Review and analyze daily production performance to meet departmental efficiency goals.
•Maintain Food Safety Program (GMP) and support ISO implementation as needed.

Key Requirements

•Can perform all operator duties within the RHB department.
•Perform 100% of mold and changeovers for all lines within the department.

•Troubleshoot process-related issues and identify root cause using mold station and process/temperature/inspection indicators.
•7+ years of experience in RHB processing and an AS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
