Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee construction and installation projects from pre-planning through final turnover as the on-site primary point of contact.
  • •Perform regular hands-on site presence, including weekly site walks, photo documentation, and verification against schedules.
  • •Proactively identify risks and schedule variances, and maintain an active punch list of unresolved issues.
  • •Coordinate vendor access/logistics and manage relationships with inspectors and AHJs to ensure milestones and inspections are met.
  • •Deliver concise progress reports and maintain organized documentation (daily reports, issue logs, inspection records).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,300 weekly
