Key Responsibilities

•Oversee planning, delivery, and optimization of digital activity across paid and owned channels, strengthening Search and Email/Marketing Automation performance.
•Produce reporting for senior stakeholders on drivers of results, optimization needs, and digital ROI/commercial impact.
•Facilitate cross-team collaboration across Global, Local, Business Marketing, Client & Sectors, Marketing Services, and onshore/offshore teams to improve digital maturity.
•Develop playbooks, channel guides, frameworks, and how-to materials to help markets execute consistently.
•Lead development of an integrated digital marketing strategy across core channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video) and capabilities (Account-based marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital journeys).

Key Requirements

•Extensive digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house setting, including exposure to complex and regulated industries.
•Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Experience Optimization (GEO), and Email/Marketing Automation.
•Proven expertise applying AI/Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals to digital marketing.
•Strong knowledge of AI workflow and Agentic AI to streamline digital marketing processes and workflows.
•Experience working with large global digital media agencies, including strategy, governance, and performance optimization.
