Key Responsibilities

  • •Unterstützung bei der Erschließung neuer Märkte durch den Ausbau des Produktportfolios in Deutschland und Eintritt in weitere europäische Märkte mit neuen Investment- und Altersvorsorge-/Lebensversicherungsprodukten
  • •Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktbearbeitung in Deutschland, dabei datenbasierte Optimierung unserer Customer Journey
  • •Vorbereitung strategischer Entscheidungen durch belastbare quantitative Analysen
  • •Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Daten- und Analyseprozessen zur effizienten und skalierbaren Steuerung des Geschäfts
  • •Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und mit allen Einheiten des Unternehmens sowie zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion für datenbasierte Fragestellungen

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren quantitativen Fachrichtung mit sehr guten Noten
  • •Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung, im Investmentbereich oder bei einer Versicherung
  • •Kenntnisse in Investment- und Kapitalmarktthemen (z. B. Portfoliotheorie, Asset Allocation, Fondsstrukturen), idealerweise ergänzt durch ein aktuarielles Grundverständnis
  • •Ausgeprägtes Interesse an datengetriebenen, digitalen Produkt- und Vertriebsansätzen im Versicherungs- und Investmentumfeld
  • •Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-Tools (z. B. Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python)
