•Lead end-to-end digital production of self-paced assets in a premium, luxury style aligned to the “TRR Voice.”
•Use advanced features in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) to create interactive learning experiences for practice and engagement.
•Use Google Gemini and NotebookLM to build prompts and AI personas (Gems) to generate scripts and asset prototypes.
•Architect learning journeys by integrating performance support tools, job aids, and micro-learning directly into daily workflows.
•Partner with SMEs and enterprise leaders to ground learning materials in proprietary technical documentation and deploy MVPs quickly to address operational problems.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in instructional design, digital experience design, learning technology, or AI engineering in a complex enterprise environment.
•Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI (e.g., Google Gemini and NotebookLM) into the instructional workflow for brainstorming, script enhancement, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping.
•Mastery of ADDIE, Agile, and performance-based design, applying instructional architecture to solve business problems.
•A performance-first mindset focused on technology and workflow-embedded interventions beyond content delivery.
•High-end portfolio showing interactivity experience in Articulate Storyline/Rise and premium visual luxury design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, and Articulate.
