Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects for government and enterprise clients, owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies. Build detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Developers, QA, UI/UX, Infrastructure, DevOps), and serve as the main client/internal contact. Run project meetings and executive updates, track KPIs, and ensure delivery using Agile or Waterfall while meeting governance, security, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
•Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and project documentation.
•Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, change requests, and escalation processes.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
•Facilitate project meetings and executive presentations, track KPIs, and ensure projects comply with governance, security, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•7+ years of project management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
•Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
•Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
•Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project; Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience is a strong advantage.
