Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive, age-appropriate occupational therapy assessments for children with developmental, neurological, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • •Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with measurable functional goals across home, educational, and community environments.
  • •Use standardized pediatric assessments and observation methods (including caregiver/educator interviews) to assess functional performance and participation.
  • •Assess and address fine motor, gross motor participation, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and functional independence in ADLs, providing graded interventions and adaptive strategies.
  • •Recommend and support seating, positioning, splinting, orthoses, adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and multidisciplinary coordination; maintain timely clinical documentation and follow safeguarding escalation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Therapy experience, including pediatric clinical experience.
  • •Current DOH licensure and home-country professional registration/licensure, as applicable.
  • •Knowledge and experience in pediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention, including functional assessment and ADLs.
  • •Ability to develop child- and family-centered goals and deliver therapy across school, home, and community environments.
