Job Summary

Oversee on-site installation, coordination, and quality assurance of vertical transportation systems, including elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and disciplines such as civil, MEP, and architecture to ensure seamless integration. Monitor progress, run inspections, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure safety and code compliance. Support testing and commissioning and prepare daily reports to support timely handover.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise site execution of vertical transport systems according to project drawings and manufacturer specifications.
•Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, MEP, architectural) to ensure seamless integration.
•Monitor installation progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
•Review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure safety protocols are followed during installation.
•Support testing and commissioning of VT systems and ensure timely handover to the client.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in vertical transport system installation, preferably on high-rise or large-scale projects.
•Solid understanding of lift/escalator design, installation standards, and coordination.
•Familiarity with major lift brands (e.g., Otis, KONE, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Thyssenkrupp) is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
