Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise site execution of vertical transport systems according to project drawings and manufacturer specifications.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, MEP, architectural) to ensure seamless integration.
  • •Monitor installation progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • •Review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure safety protocols are followed during installation.
  • •Support testing and commissioning of VT systems and ensure timely handover to the client.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in vertical transport system installation, preferably on high-rise or large-scale projects.
  • •Solid understanding of lift/escalator design, installation standards, and coordination.
  • •Familiarity with major lift brands (e.g., Otis, KONE, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Thyssenkrupp) is preferred.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
