Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute adoption strategies and roadmaps for Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini, and enterprise AI solutions aligned to customer objectives.
  • •Assess organizational readiness and define stakeholder, communication, enablement journeys, and measurable success criteria for engagements.
  • •Design and deliver enablement programs and role-based learning paths covering Google Cloud concepts, Vertex AI capabilities, Gemini use cases, responsible AI, security, and human–AI collaboration.
  • •Discover, prioritize, and validate high-value AI and automation use cases; support pilots and transition successful use cases from pilot to production adoption.
  • •Define adoption KPIs, maintain dashboards and executive reports, monitor feedback and usage trends, and drive continuous improvement aligned to governance, security, privacy, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, AI/Data Science, Engineering, Business, Change Management).
  • •At least 8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, organizational change, business transformation, consulting, learning enablement, or comparable work.
  • •At least 3 years leading enterprise AI, Generative AI, automation, cloud, data, or emerging-technology adoption initiatives from strategy through measurable implementation.
  • •Proven ability to translate complex Google Cloud and AI capabilities into practical user journeys, learning programs, operating changes, and sustained adoption outcomes.
  • •Practical knowledge of Google Cloud/AI concepts (Vertex AI, Gemini, responsible AI, security, production readiness) and experience designing executive workshops and role-based training.
