Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Facilities Manager and Facilities Supervisors on day-of-show duties and day-to-day operations.
  • •Follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met during events.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties and maintain line-of-sight/atmosphere control by circulating and reporting issues.
  • •Respond promptly to facility-related requests from venue departments during events.
  • •Maintain the venue exterior and perform routine facility maintenance (painting, minor repairs, light bulb replacement, assembling furniture) and restock restroom and facility inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume operations and guest relations.
  • •Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial services, construction, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Skills in guest relations/staff relations, including assessing and anticipating special needs of guests.
