Key Responsibilities

•Observe and report activity in assigned areas and remain in constant contact throughout the shift.
•Provide guests with directions and assistance, including escorting venue entertainment/officials.
•Check guest identification upon entry and inspect every guest to ensure no weapons or harmful items enter the venue.
•React promptly to disturbances and ensure guest and employee safety while responding to intrusion, fire, and health/safety incidents.
•Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals, and flashlights; coordinate with police, fire, and emergency medical personnel as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid Tennessee Security License required.
•Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing manner.
•Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; conversing comfortably with customers in English.
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
