Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe and report activity in assigned areas and remain in constant contact throughout the shift.
  • •Provide guests with directions and assistance, including escorting venue entertainment/officials.
  • •Check guest identification upon entry and inspect every guest to ensure no weapons or harmful items enter the venue.
  • •React promptly to disturbances and ensure guest and employee safety while responding to intrusion, fire, and health/safety incidents.
