•Ensure competence development via product, technical, and administrative training; serve as subject matter expert and support training for technicians.
•Assist with warranty issues and documentation to provide quality feedback to Product Companies.
•Communicate work order status and relevant activities to customers and the Service Manager through daily service reports and other forms; perform safety inspections and ensure PPE compliance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Certificate of Completion from a Technical or Trade School, plus 5-7+ years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
•Maintain required US Department of Labor, Mine, Safety & Health Administration Training Certificates or complete required training to acquire them.
•Maintain a valid driver’s license and required qualifications for CDL/DOT purposes if needed.
•Intermediate computer skills and advanced knowledge of Epiroc equipment; expert reading hydraulic, 24-volt schematics and Rig Control Systems (RCS).
•Complete TL1, TL2 and Safe Start Modules 1-5 trainings.
