Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and execute UAE communications strategy aligned to regional business priorities and defined goals/metrics.
  • •Develop and manage a multi-channel content pipeline (key messages, speeches, presentations, articles, video, and social) aligned to an integrated communications calendar.
  • •Lead proactive and reactive media engagement, including corporate profiling for spokespeople and support for crisis and issues management as needed.
  • •Direct and manage communications agencies; provide briefs, oversee execution, and manage budgets for markets, agencies, and campaigns.
  • •Monitor, report, and measure communications performance against KPIs, and contribute to improving measurement frameworks and reporting standards across markets.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, PR, or media communications.
  • •Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • •Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
  • •Strong understanding of the media and digital landscape in core markets.
  • •High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience using digital and AI tools to enhance communications effectiveness.
