Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute internal communications strategy for the AI Software and Platform team aligned to Cisco’s AI vision, business priorities, and employee experience.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and engineering leaders to communicate strategy, transformation, organizational priorities, and business impact clearly.
  • •Translate complex AI, engineering, and technology concepts into compelling stories that employees can understand and connect to.
  • •Build multi-channel communications across executive communications, leadership presentations, town halls, employee events, digital platforms, video, and storytelling.
  • •Drive Voice of the Employee (VoE) initiatives using modern listening strategies and employee insights, data, analytics, and emerging AI tools to improve communications effectiveness and engagement.
