Job Summary

Lead the technical planning and execution of Mastercard hybrid, virtual, and in-person events as part of the Technical Production Services team. Own event technology solutions end-to-end—planning, rehearsals, live production, and post-event improvements—while partnering with stakeholders and vendors. Configure, support, and troubleshoot AV systems, streaming technologies, collaboration tools, and IP-networked production environments. Maintain runbooks and documentation, monitor platform performance, and drive operational efficiencies.
