Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing new products for different customer segments and customer needs aligned to the business plan, including cross-sell initiatives
  • •Monitor and report product performance (acquisitions, attrition, deepening) and support control of the product mix and marketing programme effectiveness
  • •Contribute to business area budgeting and monitor financial performance against budget to address underperformance and identify improvement opportunities
