Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide implementation of new features, systems, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • •Lead design sessions and produce design documentation such as data flow diagrams and workflow diagrams to document integration points between systems.
  • •Provide systems analysis expertise for gap identification, access framework development, process mapping, and system testing.
  • •Review and analyze existing systems’ effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies to improve or further leverage systems.
  • •Support rollout of new features by participating in triage troubleshooting, representing production changes in Change Control Board processes, and leading system and unit testing for modified and new systems.

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of related work experience.
  • •Strong IT background with understanding of banking operations, products, processes, and procedures.
  • •Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including ability to research systems issues and products.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills, including communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
