Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and finalize contracts and related documents (e.g., memoranda of understanding, heads of terms) with appropriate risk allocation for the business interests.
  • •Draft and amend procurement-related agreements including MoUs, NDAs, and other commercial contracts in line with company policies and templates.
  • •Ensure contractual documents align with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and legal risk management practices.
  • •Review contract drafts from business stakeholders, incorporate revisions for clarity and compliance, and coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams when needed.
  • •Maintain a central repository of executed contracts, flag expiry/renewal timelines, provide contract lifecycle reporting to Indirect Procurement leadership, and support resolution of contract-related disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • •1-3 years’ experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and governance, preferably within procurement or shared services.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English.
  • •High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
  • •Knowledge of commercial contracts and the ability to quickly upskill on UAE laws, including ADGM laws; Arabic proficiency is desirable.
