Drive sales and marketing for mortgage loan products in line with Truist policies and procedures, building loan opportunities by effectively referring mortgage clients to other bank services. Maintain expert knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, and secondary market guidelines, provide sound mortgage advice tailored to client needs, and execute Truist’s referral process. Support mortgage loan fulfillment through document follow-up and quality-control or post-closing review activities.
