Job Summary

Lead end-to-end change management and communication strategies for transformation initiatives across Maaden. Own integrated change and communication plans for multiple initiatives in parallel, translating complex transformation into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences. Operate in an agile, sprint-based model with rapid turnaround times, manage multiple “campaigns,” align cross-functional messaging, and track adoption and communication effectiveness to continuously improve strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver integrated change and communication plans for multiple initiatives in parallel.
•Translate complex transformation into clear, engaging messaging tailored to different audiences.
•Develop communication materials including campaigns, leadership messaging, storytelling, and internal branding.
•Operate in an agile, sprint-based environment; manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize requests, and deliver under tight deadlines.
•Monitor change adoption and communication effectiveness, adjust strategies using feedback and data, and support embedding new behaviors aligned with “Team Maaden.”

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
•6–8 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or consulting.
•Experience in fast-paced environments such as marketing agencies, consulting firms, or transformation programs.
•Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
•Support/experience with large-scale transformation or culture change initiatives; change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred.
