Digital Area Service Manager

Lead the growth and execution of the Digital Services strategy for an assigned area by managing Digital Services team operations end to end. Own digital service agreement execution and compliance, controls project warranty and emergency service needs, and customer satisfaction through corrective actions and status reporting. Partner with sales leaders and account managers to drive revenue and operating income targets while hiring, training, and developing Controls Service Technicians.
