Key Responsibilities

  • •Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and determine root cause and corrective action for equipment issues using real-time data from many makes/models.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs across complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Practice safe job practices and assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts; assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, stooping, and bending; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10-panel drug screen.
