Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, mitigate, and remediate urgent fraud incidents using FT3-mapped detection and enriched signals.
  • •Analyze high-risk accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeovers, and other fraud vectors; classify using FT3 to standardize threat intelligence.
  • •Lead incident root cause analyses to identify gaps in current systems and strategies and drive enhancements for emerging fraud risks.
  • •Streamline incident response capabilities so tooling and processes are clear, accurate, and efficient.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to build agentic solutions and communicate results with legal and policy teams under pressure.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience conducting incident response in security, product abuse, or trust domains.
  • •3+ years analyzing large data sets for fraud detection, including building models with a behavioral approach.
  • •B.S. or M.S. Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • •Expert knowledge of Python and SQL, and familiarity with other programming languages.
  • •Experience with log analysis and incident response investigations (e.g., network security, digital forensics, event logs).
