Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AECOM’s global water leadership efforts by advocating and delivering growth in desalination.
  • •Develop and coordinate global desalination market strategy, including seawater desalination, technologies, and emerging trends.
  • •Direct and execute desalination-related work as project director/design manager/technical lead; oversee technical and engineering reviews during pursuits.
  • •Develop major pursuit capture strategies and provide oversight aligned to major desalination opportunities.
  • •Deliver on largest water infrastructure projects as Design Manager/Design Director and ensure MPD delivery suite/tools are implemented, while monitoring performance across projects.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering; Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred.
  • •Several years of leadership experience in water engineering or professional services.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the global desalination market, including desalination technologies, project delivery models, and emerging trends.
  • •Proven experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) project/program development, planning, design, and implementation internationally.
  • •Strong client relationships and industry recognition through relevant water and desalination associations, publications, and presentations.
