Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent QA management and manage stakeholder expectations for quality delivery.
  • •Create and own APAC QA best practices, methodology, templates, and QA models; communicate updates via change management protocols.
  • •Ensure teams develop and execute test plans on platforms and offerings, manually or with automated tools, aligned to QA templates.
  • •Own the APAC release schedule and testing processes; develop QA reports and metrics tied to KPIs.
  • •Lead QA training/cross-training and drive continuous improvement, productivity efficiency, and problem-solving across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance/Testing role or related experience.
  • •Diploma or university degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Quality management certification is a strong advantage (e.g., Lean Sigma, ISO, TQM, BQF, EFQM) or equivalent experience.
  • •Project management qualification desirable (e.g., Prince2 or PMP), but not mandatory.
  • •Proven quality management experience (e.g., testing), along with strong communication, planning, and project management skills.
