Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose root causes using data across makes/models.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians as needed and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Preferred: experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Physical ability to move/stand/stoop/bend and lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive with a 10-panel drug screen.
