Key Responsibilities

•Own portfolio construction and investment strategy for clients, including reviewing, monitoring, modifying, and initiating portfolio changes aligned with client objectives and policy.
•Apply expertise in financial markets, including alternative investments and third-party solutions, and participate in investment meetings and committees.
•Proactively engage clients by communicating portfolio changes, new ideas to help meet goals, and important market events.
•Partner with relationship management and other advisors (e.g., for tax, estate planning, retirement) to integrate investment advice across client plans.
•Meet or exceed individual growth goals by developing leads, expanding client relationship revenue, and contributing to team growth objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
•Minimum 15 years in the investment management field (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client and colleague relationships with empathy and collaboration.
•Ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts verbally and in writing, including delivering presentations.
•Experience managing relationships with High Net Worth clients and providing tailored investment advice.
