Prepare low-complexity quotations and supporting documentation by collecting and validating pricing information from suppliers and internal systems. Support pre-sales engineers with basic BOM updates, ensure estimates follow internal standards and margin targets, and maintain organized records for proposals and price updates. Assist with CRM/Salesforce data entry and coordinate with purchasing or engineering teams to clarify requirements, delivering fast, accurate responses within SLAs.
