Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Help create an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist in store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques, while adhering to asset protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
  • •Able to work rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
