Join Sailor Health as a Clinical Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of therapists and psychologists, from sourcing and interviewing to closing. Key Responsibilities

•Own Clinician Recruitment from top-of-funnel applications through offer sign-off and activation.
•Attract and identify the very best clinical talent, leveraging high EQ and IQ to differentiate candidates.
•Provide a 5-star clinician experience throughout the hiring journey and first touchpoints with Sailor Health.
•Manage clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound/outbound) and build out new recruitment channels using Ashby.
•Launch clinical recruitment for new specialties, including creating JDs, researching compensation, and designing interview plans.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to conduct interviews with a high volume of candidates and maintain timely follow-ups across platforms (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn).
•Data-minded with ability to use metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to improve recruiting strategies.
•Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious targets.
