Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, UPS, plumbing, fire & life safety, and workplace infrastructure systems.
  • •Monitor critical areas and environments including server rooms, hub rooms, electrical rooms, and related electrical/electrical-power components.
  • •Oversee Building Management System (BMS) operations, alarms, and trend reports; coordinate testing and operation of HVAC and ventilation systems.
  • •Perform routine inspections for fire alarm systems and fire safety equipment, and manage electrical shutdowns and related maintenance/testing.
  • •Prepare daily/weekly/monthly technical reports and dashboards; maintain SOPs, checklists, asset registers, maintenance trackers, and compliance documentation while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • •3–5 years of experience in corporate facilities management or technical operations.
