Job Summary

Ensure safe and uninterrupted day-to-day operation of office technical systems and critical infrastructure by coordinating maintenance and monitoring of electrical, HVAC, UPS, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems. Oversee building management system (BMS) alarms and trends, manage vendor and SLA schedules, and conduct technical inspections. Produce daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and maintain SOPs, checklists, asset registers, and maintenance/compliance documentation while coordinating with IT, Security, and Workplace Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, UPS, plumbing, fire & life safety, and workplace infrastructure systems.
•Monitor critical areas and environments including server rooms, hub rooms, electrical rooms, and related electrical/electrical-power components.
•Oversee Building Management System (BMS) operations, alarms, and trend reports; coordinate testing and operation of HVAC and ventilation systems.
•Perform routine inspections for fire alarm systems and fire safety equipment, and manage electrical shutdowns and related maintenance/testing.
•Prepare daily/weekly/monthly technical reports and dashboards; maintain SOPs, checklists, asset registers, maintenance trackers, and compliance documentation while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
•3–5 years of experience in corporate facilities management or technical operations.
•Strong understanding of BMS, HVAC, UPS, electrical distribution systems, and fire & life safety systems.
•Experience coordinating preventive maintenance, technical inspections, and critical infrastructure operations.
•Familiarity with AMC schedules, service reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
