Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI technologies and industry trends, including generative AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, and agentic AI systems.
  • •Conduct original AI research and exploratory investigations, developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and communicating results to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • •Rapidly prototype and develop AI solutions across the lifecycle from data preparation and modeling through deployment and monitoring.
  • •Lead development of solutions using foundation models, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and tool-use architectures.
  • •Partner with engineering, platform, and product teams to transition prototypes into production, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers and data scientists.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
