Job Summary

Lead and develop a team executing in-line inspection (ILI) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) programs within the Pipeline Integrity Group. Own program strategy to improve process effectiveness, system performance, and regulatory compliance, while tracking KPI and vendor performance. Manage the annual ILI budget, deliver high-quality technical outcomes and documentation, drive process improvements, and reinforce safety culture to support safe, reliable pipeline operations.

•Set short- and long-term goals to improve process effectiveness, system performance, and regulatory compliance.
•Develop and communicate KPIs to monitor ILI and vendor performance and ensure timely, accurate, high-quality deliverables.
•Manage the annual ILI budget, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
•Drive process improvements and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions that support regulatory and company standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
•Minimum 5–7 years of relevant engineering/technical experience, preferably in pipeline integrity, ILI, or related fields.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge of PHMSA 49 CFR Part 192 Subpart O and Part 195.452 integrity management regulations.
•Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record; 3–5 years of management/supervisory experience is preferred.
