Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finance integration planning and execution with business integration teams for post-close financial integration.
  • •Own acquisition accounting and purchase price accounting, including closing balance sheet review and purchase price settlement.
  • •Coordinate third-party valuation activities, including fixed asset and intangible valuation for acquired businesses.
  • •Provide technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP and support acquisition accounting documentation for auditors.
  • •Support transaction execution and analysis for acquisitions/divestitures, including due diligence coordination and gain/loss recognition.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance/accounting.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •CPA or JD (preferred) or demonstrate relevant technical accounting expertise.
  • •Highly developed strategic/analytical thinking and strong leadership/communication skills.
