Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert the reconciled S&OP plan into a time-phased Master Production Schedule (MPS) by SKU, site, and work center.
  • •Assess and represent capacity feasibility during S&OP reviews, including lines, shifts, and work centers.
  • •Set and enforce planning time fences (Frozen / Firm / Free) and manage schedule exception approvals.
  • •Track multi-site handoff timing for dependent site pairs or translate network MPS into site-level targets for clusters.
  • •Monitor schedule adherence (planned vs. actual) by work order, log deviations, and feed root-cause analysis back into S&OP.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
