Key Requirements

  • •Sheet Metal Worker License required.
  • •Proven experience as an HVAC installation team member and team lead.
  • •5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
  • •Strong HVAC systems knowledge, including heat pumps, plus ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • •Familiarity with building codes/regulations and ability to follow OSHA standards; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
