Key Responsibilities

  • •Elaborate and supervise transfer planning, technical milestones, validation steps, and required resources.
  • •Ensure smooth communication with technical/industrial teams, the Saudi client, and local suppliers involved in the transfer project.
  • •Prepare, validate, and transmit technical documents, user manuals, quality procedures, and training plans in line with export licenses.
  • •Organize and lead training sessions for local engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure mastery of transferred technologies.
  • •Manage contract commitments (performance, timelines), financial targets (costs, revenue, margin), contractual clauses, and project risks/opportunities; provide regular progress reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac+5) and experience managing complex projects.
  • •Experience with Program Manager tools/processes and with ToP (Production Transfer) or ToT (Technology Transfer) project management.
  • •Strong coordination skills across technical and industrial teams involved in transfer activities.
  • •Knowledge of mechanics and pyrotechnics; manufacturing of munitions is a plus.
  • •Ability to work in an English-speaking environment and awareness of Middle East culture (Arabic would be a plus).
