Job Summary

Drive year-over-year revenue growth for Reddit’s Large Customer Sales US team by managing and expanding relationships with existing advertising partners and new clients. Build upfront and joint business plans, educate partners on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform, and use data to shape client strategies and pitch proposals. Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and direct clients) to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
•Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients and establish relationships with new clients by educating them on Reddit and Reddit ads.
•Use internal and external data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
•Own client meetings end-to-end and communicate clear next steps, acting as the primary point of contact for major platform updates and opportunities.
•Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations, shape the ads product roadmap with client feedback and campaign metrics, and provide thought leadership at industry events.

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of experience in digital media with 3-5+ years in sales (enterprise client experience preferred).
•Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise technology organizations.
•Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
•Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
•BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
