Own and build moderate to complex backend components for an AI-powered communications platform used by thousands of small businesses. Key Responsibilities

•Code, architect, and own moderate to complex backend components for scalable systems supporting a growing user base.
•Provide technical guidance and participate in code reviews, supporting delivery of small to medium end-to-end projects.
•Lead a small team or project when needed.
•Work on AI-driven capabilities such as onboarding, insights from customer data, and scalable account setup.
•Improve core messaging, calling, and customer data management, optimizing visibility of conversations and contacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 172,000 - 202,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with TypeScript, or object-oriented languages such as Java or C# plus JavaScript/Node.
•Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
