Job Summary

Support the F100 Strategy & Integration Team by collecting, analyzing, and validating data to create program-level reports and dashboards. Perform ad-hoc analytics to help program leadership, supply chain, and materials teams make decisions and resolve issues. Partner with Materials, Planning, and Operations to maintain data accuracy and update performance indicators while continuously improving reporting processes and integrating new data sources and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, automate, and maintain program-level reports and dashboards to track materials performance, health, and risks.
•Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support program leadership, supply chain, and materials teams in decision-making and issue resolution.
•Partner with Materials, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and timely updates to performance indicators.
•Support activities such as critical parts list project management, shortage management, and demand/supply analysis, including coordination with suppliers or internal operations as needed.
•Continuously improve data processes, tools, and reporting methods and support integration of new data sources and digital tools to enhance material analytics capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, maintenance management, or operations management (or an Advanced degree with 3 years in these areas).
•U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts.
•Experience supporting program-level reporting/analytics through data collection, analysis, and collaboration.
•Proficiency with data/reporting tools such as Excel (v-lookups, macros, Power Query, VBA, Access databases) and SQL (preferred: SAP).
