•Build deep, long-term relationships with the founders and finance leaders of growing technology companies.
•Take genuine ownership of your portfolio: understanding each company’s business deeply, anticipating their needs, and staying ahead of what they need before they ask.
•Provide responsive, thoughtful, and proactive service and advisory to your clients and prospects.
•Build effective internal networks across HSBC Innovation Banking with key partners.
•Building HSBC’s brand and your own brand externally – hosting quality gatherings and showing up consistently in the innovation ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•Extensive, relevant technology ecosystem experience in banking, venture, and/or startup operating environments.
•Strong relationship management skills with companies within the technology and innovation sectors.

•Knowledge of banking products including Treasury, Clearing and Trade Finance Solutions.
•Track record of taking unconventional paths and thinking differently about what the role could be.
