Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across People and Communications teams, including senior executives.
  • •Support employees and managers with human resources topics throughout the employee lifecycle in partnership with People specialists (e.g., Benefits, Compensation).
  • •Help create a high-performance culture aligned with values, and ensure performance management and employee relations are handled appropriately.
  • •Partner with specialist teams, leadership, and finance to implement scalable programs and policies to attract, retain, and grow talent.
  • •Work with other HRBPs on cross-functional projects (e.g., manager training) and partner with G&A leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent development.
