Key Responsibilities

  • •Own long-range, annual, quarterly, and rolling planning processes, maintaining a driver-based consolidated forecast across income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, revenue, and operating investments.
  • •Translate company priorities into an integrated financial and operating plan with clear resource allocation and spending guardrails as conditions change.
  • •Own and evolve Pigment—models, data architecture, governance, and workflows—to support forecasting, management reporting, scenario planning, and scalable adoption.
  • •Design and run the company-wide financial operating cadence, including monthly business reviews, budget-versus-actual analysis, rolling forecasts, annual planning, and period bridges.
  • •Produce executive/board narratives and support major financing processes with projections, scenario analysis, investor materials, diligence, and data-room readiness; apply AI/automation to improve planning and recurring workflows with appropriate controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading Corporate FP&A or company-wide planning at a high-growth technology company, owning budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and the financial operating cadence.
  • •Strong investor- and CEO-oriented view of performance—identifying the right metrics, leading indicators, risks, and value-creation opportunities and translating them into decisions.
  • •Experience building functions and developing people through standards, systems, and coaching in a lean initial team.
  • •Hands-on ownership of a modern enterprise planning system, including model design, data flows, governance, workflows, scalability, and adoption (Pigment preferred; Anaplan/Adaptive Planning valuable).
  • •Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, integrated financial modeling, and GAAP statement understanding.
