Perform professional paintless dent repair (PDR) on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using advanced glue-pulling, hail repair, and dent/crease and body-line correction techniques. Work in Carvana high-tech Inspection Centers as part of a reconditioning environment focused on delivering vehicles on schedule. You’ll use state-of-the-art tools, follow safety procedures, and be prepared for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.
•Perform hail repair and repair dent creases and body lines.
•Repair larger-sized dents and restore vehicle panel appearance.
•Operate vehicle equipment and tools as part of the Inspection Center reconditioning process.
•Follow safety practices and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
