Own end-to-end onboarding and adoption for enterprise customers of an API-first platform, serving as their trusted technical advisor from discovery through secure deployment, configuration, testing, and hypercare. Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding and adoption engagements end to end, from kickoff and planning through configuration, testing, closing, and post-engagement hypercare.
•Lead technical discovery across customers’ API lifecycle, teams, collaboration patterns, and security requirements to design tailored approaches.
•Implement enterprise security and identity controls, including SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, domain verification, migration, secret scanning, external vaults, BYOK encryption, and SIEM audit-log integration.
•Design and enable customer team and discovery workspaces, access controls, integrations, Private API Network, and CI/CD workflows to drive platform adoption.
•Drive engagement cadence and coordinate IT, security, and engineering stakeholders while capturing gaps and feature requests for product and engineering feedback.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
•Solid understanding of the SDLC, API design principles (REST, GraphQL), and common integration patterns.
•Hands-on familiarity with enterprise identity and security concepts including SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and major identity providers (Okta, Entra, OneLogin).
•Ability to run discovery and translate requirements into a project plan and workspace design tailored to customer environments.
•Strong communication and project-management skills, with comfort leading live, hands-on configuration sessions.
