Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute India commercial pricing strategies with P&Ls, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to achieve Price AOP and predictable price realization.
  • •Monitor and report pricing performance, identify price leakage and execution gaps, and track action plans with cross-functional teams.
  • •Maintain pricing in SAP, including creating/updating condition records, list prices, discounts, and validating customer and product master data.
  • •Support intercompany transfer pricing governance by analyzing exceptions and discrepancies and preparing recurring/ad-hoc TP reports and dashboards.
  • •Build and maintain QlikSense dashboards and perform variance, trend, and end-to-end margin analyses, contributing to continuous improvement and adoption during acquisitions onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of experience in Pricing Analytics, Sales Enablement, Data Analysis, Commercial Pricing Support, or Finance.
  • •Strong Excel and analytical skills with hands-on work using large datasets and pricing or financial metrics.
  • •Experience with CRMs, ERPs, and BI/analytics tools (QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), including loading and maintaining data in SAP.
  • •Understanding of price lists, discounts, price waterfall, concessions, transfer pricing, and margin analysis, including price list creation and discount/concession reviews.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a cross-functional, global environment.
