Deliver live pitches and demos of the Statista Connect API (and MCP solution) to prospects and customers, building demo agents, prompts, and workflows tailored to each use case. Guide customers from initial setup through advanced integrations and adoption, using API analytics and customer health scores to identify blockers and expansion opportunities. Support renewals and growth with technical storytelling, and feed insights from customer engagements back to product and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Pitch and demo Statista Connect to prospects and customers, building and iterating on demo agents, prompts, and workflows.
•Guide customers from setup to advanced use cases using tailored prompts, agents, onboarding flows, and learning materials.
•Analyze product usage data, API analytics, and customer health scores to identify adoption blockers and expansion opportunities.
•Drive integration success by resolving blockers quickly, documenting best practices, and collaborating with engineering.
•Support commercial outcomes by identifying upsell/expansion opportunities and assisting sales teams with technical storytelling in renewals and growth.
•Share insights from pitches, demos, and usage data with product and engineering to refine demos and inform the roadmap.
