Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on-site technical support to ensure rapid recovery and minimal downtime.
  • •Resolve customer issues using technical support expertise and troubleshooting tools, content, and analytical practices.
  • •Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, including hardware PFRs, following established procedures.
  • •Engage onsite customer teams by providing guidance, training, and answering queries while coordinating parts and equipment delivery or pickup.
  • •Orchestrate with logistics teams to expedite critical parts during high-priority outages, including managing multi-million dollars of inventory.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on expertise with Dell hardware (servers, storage, networking) and data center environments.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using system logs, diagnostic outputs, and performance data.
  • •Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites across New Zealand at short notice.
  • •Flexibility for overtime/alternative schedules, including on-call responsibilities.
