Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate labor plans with the Planning team to improve accuracy.
  • •Drive enhancements in headcount planning, attrition curves, scheduling, and cohort balancing using data.
  • •Track plan progress and deviations, support problem-solving, and perform root cause analysis.
  • •Serve as a technical liaison between Planning and Data/Engineering teams to translate requirements, resolve escalations, and improve tools/processes.
  • •Own short-term labor planning to set operational sites up for staffing success, optimizing for cost and experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/Supply Chain (preferred).
