•Drive enhancements in headcount planning, attrition curves, scheduling, and cohort balancing using data.
•Track plan progress and deviations, support problem-solving, and perform root cause analysis.
•Serve as a technical liaison between Planning and Data/Engineering teams to translate requirements, resolve escalations, and improve tools/processes.
•Own short-term labor planning to set operational sites up for staffing success, optimizing for cost and experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/Supply Chain (preferred).

•Proficiency in Google App Scripts, SQL, and Tableau.
•Experience in a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment, with project management tools.
