Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead designer responsibilities within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate integrated architectural and engineering outputs.
  • •Produce, coordinate, and review design information through all RIBA stages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and technical excellence.
  • •Review and approve drawing information, liaise with design/drafting teams, and manage documentation via CDE platforms.
  • •Present proposals to clients and support design solutions for new build, refurbishment, and compliance upgrades.
  • •Provide line management and mentoring for lower-grade team members and support bids, fee proposals, and resource planning.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fully Qualified Architect with ARB registration and proven experience on large, multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of UK building systems, standards, and regulations, including construction types and building contract experience.
  • •Ability to coordinate and deliver technical design content across multiple RIBA stages within demanding timelines.
  • •Degree qualification (preferably diploma or masters) and evidence of professional development and learning.
  • •IT literacy with knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Teams).
